Product description

Pineapples are carefully selected, with spoiled or damaged fruit removed. Then, using specialized equipment, they are peeled, cored, and cut into uniform slices or chunks. Next, the pineapple slices are immersed in a solution containing preservatives such as citric acid and Vitamin C to prevent oxidation and discoloration. Afterward, the pineapple slices are placed in a prepared sugar solution for candying. The sugar concentration and candying time depend on product requirements; generally, candying takes 12-24 hours. Finally, the pineapple is dried using large-scale drying equipment, with temperature and time carefully controlled to achieve the specified moisture content. After cooling, sorting, and packaging, the finished product is obtained.
